THE PROJECT JOURNEY

A clear path from study to handover.

Define occupancy, building conditions and the applicable Saudi Building Code (SBC), NFPA and authority requirements.

Prepare fire safety drawings, firefighting and smoke-control calculations, and evacuation models as required by the project scope.

Review drawings, close technical comments and support Civil Defense, MODON and other authority approval procedures where applicable.

Inspect and test systems, prepare required safety and conformity documentation, and complete handover procedures.
